4. Communication & Meetings
- Users must maintain respectful, non-sexual conduct in chats, calls, and meetings.
- Users must NOT pressure or manipulate anyone into illegal activities.
- All offline meetings must remain strictly social and consensual.
- The Platform does not monitor or control offline activities but reserves the right to review reports and take action.
5. Reporting Misconduct
If you encounter users who:
- Ask for sexual favors
- Offer paid sexual activities
- Use obscene language
- Share explicit content
- Attempt illegal solicitation

6. Platform Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Platform is not responsible for unlawful, inappropriate, explicit, or illegal behavior of users.

- The Platform does not guarantee the background, conduct, or intent of other users.
We only facilitate social connections — each user is solely accountable for their decisions.
7. Compliance with Indian Laws
The Platform follows, and expects users to comply with:
- The Information Technology Act, 2000
- The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956
- IPC Sections related to obscenity, extortion, and harassment
- Local police/cybercrime regulations
Any suspicion of illegal activity may result in:
- Account removal
- Data sharing with enforcement agencies (as required by law)
- Legal proceedings by authorities
8. No Guarantee of Safety
While we provide guidelines and security measures:
- The Platform cannot guarantee the behavior, intent, honesty, or safety of any user.
